Bowie residents listen to Fire Chief Eugene A. Jones during the ribbon cutting ceremonies for the Northview Community Fire/EMS station. More than 100 people showed up for the event, including city council members and residents.
Officials from Prince George's county, the City of Bowie and county fire department staff cut the ribbon on the garage of the Northview Community Fire/EMS station in Bowie, Thursday morning. The station is equipped with state-of-the-art EMS equipment as well as in-station housing.
